HOW TO BUY

Clicking on “Buy” , is like filling out a request form for something you want to put in your shopping basket.
If you want to buy more than one product, simply click on “Continue Shopping”.
If, on the other hand, you want to remove a product from your list, change the quantity to “0” and press “Calculate new total”.
When you have finished shopping, click on “Go to checkout”.
At this point you should complete your details and select your method of payment. You can choose between:

Payment in advance by bank transfer:

Payment by this method entitles you to a 5% discount on the total value of the purchase.

DELIVERY

Delivery takes abetween 7 days and 30 days although goods usually arrive in about 10 days. We work with well-known, established delivery agents.
Delivery costs, payable by the customers, are as follows:

23 for European Community.
11 for Iberian peninsula.
19.83 / $ 26.97 for Rest of destinations (25-35 days).
29.31 / $ 39.86 for Rest of destinations express (10-15 days).

Note:

There is no weight limit within the Spanish mainland.
These prices are not valid for large air consignments.


PACKAGING

The merchandise is securely packed to ensure it arrives at the delivery address in perfect condition.

REFUNDS

All merchandise is insured for transport. On delivery, the customer should check the packaging. If this is found to be damaged, the package should be refused and returned to the delivery company, informing them of the reason why.
If after opening the package the goods are found to be faulty, you have 24 hours to inform us. We will arrange for the package to be recollected at no extra cost.
If you are not satisfied with the goods, you have to inform us within 7 days. We will refund the cost of the item, (except delivery cost of sending and returning of goods) as long as it is returned in perfect condition. We cannot, however, offer a refund on made-to-measure orders.

TAXES

VAT is included in prices for Spain and the rest of the EEC.
For all other countries, VAT is deducted from the final price.
Clients in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and all other countries must pay all customs charges.

SECURITY

There are two main considerations regarding security: One is for us to safeguard the personal details of all our customers and the other is for us to avoid any type of fraud.
